What a fantastic place!
For the price we certainly had a wonderful deal. 8 of us at this villa. The photos do not do it justice. It is HUGE! Although a few bits need small maintenance it really was great! We will never stay in a hotel again. Near the beach and equidistant from old town to new town. Short walk to the tourist train stop. Small market near by but only a 10 min walk from a large supermarket near the Pairiaso hotel. Bed comfy a little creaky but clean. Dont forget your towels. And get some toilet paper not a lot supplied but it is cheap enough. Had a couple of BBQs by the pool... everything there you need!! Pool was perfect !! So lovely to be able to get a sun lounger without getting up at 6am!! We will definitely be booking for next year. Celia was always contactable. Even booked our transfers for us. Only wish we could have stayed longer !!

Location is ok. House is obviously just for hen and stag party, very basic and badly needs updating. Cosy swim pool area. Host is extremely nice and helpful, communication is excellent.

An amazing villa
Our stay in the villa was very nice. The owner was very helpful and easily accessible if there was anything wrong or we needed some help. The villa is very accessible. The strip is a 10-minute walk and you can reach old town within 20 minutes. There are also several supermarkets nearby that are also within walking distance. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed. We had a great time in albufeira and the villa :)

The arrangement of the house is weird, but it's definitely big enough for our group. Unfortunately the kitchen materials and a lot of other things are pretty old. Célia is a correct and very friendly host. Thank you very much for the great vacation!

Le point positif du logement est l’emplacement et la piscine. Néanmoins, le mobilier et la qualité de la literie est à revoir. En arrivant, plusieurs chaises étaient cassées, il manquait des ustensiles indispensables, comme une passoire par exemple. Nous avons tout de même passé un très bon séjour à Albufeira.

Conforme esperado
Vivenda próxima da praia (a pé aproximadamente 10 minutos). A precisar de alguma manutenção, nomeadamente várias lampadas fundidas, a cozinha do 1° piso tem muita carga eletrica ligada ao mesmo disjuntor, o que fez com que algumas vezes a luz dessa área fosse a baixo. Camas/colchões a precisar de serem trocados. Tem micro-ondas, maquina lavar roupa, loiças... Sugeriamos uma maquina de lavar loiça, ficaria otima! Piscina a precisar limpeza, mas nada de especial, e o espaço exterior nomeadamente o da piscina não tem luz à noite. Seria uma boa melhoria. A maioria das portas nao fecham com trinque e nenhuma fecha à chave. Dispõe de 4 quartos espaçosos, todos com casa de banho muito próxima; 2 salas grandes, 2 cozinhas.. a cozinha do 1° piso tem fogão a gás, e a do Rés-do-chão tem fogão de indução com tachos apropriados. É um bocado "lento" para confecionar. Tem torradeira e cafeteira elétrica. Dispõe de router vodafone com Wi-Fi, sinal um pouco fraco. TV por satélite. A dona Célia foi impecável connosco. Recebeu-nos à hora combinada e deu-nos todas as indicações. No geral a casa é otima para grupos grandes, pois dispõe de varias camas. Alojamento bem localizado, próximo de vários supermercados. Certamente uma opção a voltar a considerar.

Bien mais...
La maison est bien et tres bien placée mais dans le detail il y a des choses à revoir. Pas de lave vaisselle alors que c'est une maison de grande capacite, des portes qui ne se ferment pas et qui claquent au moindre courant d'air, des salles de bains qui ne se ferment pas à clé, peu de prises électriques et beaucoup ne sont pas utilisables. C'est dommage car la maison a beaucoup de potentiel. Sinon Celia a été tres accueillante et disponible.

The house exceeded our expectations, it was bigger then we thought it would be. The owner showed great hospitality. We got a late check-out because of our late flight, completely free of charge. The only thing missing is Airconditioning. But other then that it is a great place to stay for a holiday

Éramos un grupo de 9 jóvenes y estuvimos en esta casa durante una semana. La casa cumplió todas nuestras necesidades aunque no tenía productos básicos como estropajo o jabón de manos o lavaplatos que tuvimos que comprar. La piscina es una de las mejores partes de la casa al igual que la terraza exterior que usamos a diario para todas las comidas. Tiene una buena ubicación, se puede ir andando tanto a la playa de los alemanes como a la zona de fiesta. La anfitriona muy cercana y comunicativa, dispuesta a ayudarnos. Repetiríamos sin duda.
