This stunning apartment is within the recently constructed Sao Francisco development, perfectly situated just a few minutes walk from the local shops, bars and restaurants of the famous "Strip", but also set back enough to enjoy a glass of wine on the privacy screened balcony undisturbed in the evening. The apartment is also within walking distance of some of Albufeira's finest beaches and the picturesque Old Town.

The apartment features an open plan living/dining room with seating for six, a 42 inch TV and DVD player. Accessed from both the living room and kitchen is an L shaped balcony with table and further seating for six.

The two bedrooms both have balconies overlooking the swimming pool, the master bedroom having a king size bed and en-suite shower room.

The second bedroom can be arranged in either a twin or double bed layout and has access to the main bathroom, with bath and shower. The stylish living room has access to the main bathroom and includes a comfortable sofa bed that will accommodate two adults or children.

The kitchen is fully integrated with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.

The apartment is security gated with free private parking.

The pool area has 6 private sunbeds for sole use for our guests. There is also a secure children's playpark within in the secure grounds.

Check in is from 3pm and check out is at 10am. Earlier/later check ins and out can be arranged on request.

Faro airport is a 45 minute taxi journey, door to door.
