"Do not stay here. Toilet leaked water, loud train right outside the window, couldn’t use the beach bathrooms, hot tub was broken, had no water in it and front desk staff told us we could still use it, beach attendant caused issues and tried to kick us out of the chairs we had been in for 3 hours since he rented them even though we were in them, electricity flickers and is super sketchy. Do not recommend. "

"Like in the Spinal Tap movie, if I could give this property a 6 for everything I would have. Beautiful location with view of olive groves up a hill on one side and the Adriatic Sea on the other. Nice, clean, modern, comfortable. Best breakfast we have had so far on this trip. The managers Federica and Guiseppe were so accomodating and wonderful and went out of their way to make our stay the best it could be. "The hotel is really “Grand!” Eventually, it will be updated for aesthetic reasons. But, for now - everything is functional and looks good, even though,- not very modern looking. But, everything is kept clean and tidy.marble stairs, high ceilings. Large rooms, wide balconies. Decent mattresses, refrigerator. "
