"Roomy, clean, cosy and quiet appartment with a fresh breakfast every morning. What else can anyone wish for. Well situated, with ampel parking and within an hour drive from Koln a place well worth to come back for."

Vor Ort hing lediglich ein Zettel mit einem Schlüssel, kein persönlicher Empfang, keine Erklärung, nichts. Während meines gesamten Aufenthalts (vier Übernachtungen) habe ich kein einziges Mal Personal gesehen. "I received a strange email with option to upgrade my deluxe room to a junior suite. I just had to tell them how much I would pay for the 20 Euro upgrade. They never told me if I got the upgrade. When I checked in, I had to ask about the upgrade. No, the junior suite was sold out. When I checked out, they charged me for the upgrade that I never received. Room was really nice with a beautiful river view. Food was excellent. Elevator was tricky."

"Found it difficult to find information about facilities etc during stay. No info in room and unable to find dinner menu on TV. Thought dining room shut for lunch as entrance looked deserted as opposed to breakfast which ( we did not choose) was served by door. Reception staff helpful with car parking but failed at check out to give garage exit card so spent sometime trying to work out system before returning to reception to ask for help. "
