"Excellent service "

"The staff are exceptional. Every member (special mention to lovely Denise at reception) of the team is courteous, helpful, warm and offer genuine customer service. The facilities are well maintained and exactly what we wanted for a peaceful and tranquil break. The rooms were spacious with nice decor and very clean. The bed was comfy and the private hot tub and two balconies just added to the overall positive experience. The gym was very well equipped and spotless. My daughter and I enjoyed having a private gym for our daily workouts. We also enjoyed the breakfasts which were lovely and a treat to start our day….the gluten free options were delicious and plentiful too. We wanted a luxurious respite and Sjyfalls exceeded our hopes. It is situated perfectly to walk to Pyrgos town with restaurants and amenities. We loved the short walk to Alchemia for consistently delicious dinners and superb service too. We highly recommend Skyfalls and look forward to another visit. "

"Beautiful hotel with amazing staff that really looked after us. The hotel was quiet and calm which was a lovely contrast to the buzzing island. Location is great for the whole island ! Would definitely stay here again. We loved it "

"Loved it! Very nice location, away from all the crowds, but only a short scenic drive from Fira and Oia. Very nicely done suites that looked relatively new. The only reason I gave it a 4 star on the amenities was due to the lack of a gym, but not a deal breaker for us. Great staff!!! Tim at the front desk was amazing! He provided us with great suggestions of what to do and took care of the reservations for an amazing 5 hour cruise that included one of the most beautiful sunsets we saw in Santorini. Nikos at the bar/restaurant was also amazing, always making sure we had a great breakfast experience all 6 days we were there."

"Parking is a valuable option because walking to center/shopping is walkable form your hotel. El Greco is a beautiful resort and the breakfast is wonderful. The staff is friendly and very helpful. "

"First time visiting for honeymoon. The staff are friendly and welcoming, stunning views, the bar/ restaurant staff serve the best drinks, the room is clean and the hotel near shopping and restaurants. The receptionist will schedule a taxi for anywhere you would like to go. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santorini. 10/10"

"We had a lovely holiday here, clean room friendly staff, good pool, nice breakfasts and short walk to a great town with loads of tavernas and bars. Beach great, rocky but beautiful. Prepare to haggle down subbeds. Took our two young kids and it was all stress free and lovely. "
