"The service at Bridge View was among the worse I have an ever experienced. The staff is extremely nonchalant , poorly trained and clearly not knowledgeable about their work. A barrister kept arguing with me that English breakfast tea which was clearly listed on the menu does not exist as a tea but mean whatever tea they have that you are selecting for your breakfast. The rooms smell very filthy. We had zero room cleaning for our stay. Half of the things on the lunch menu aren’t available. This was meant to be a retreat for me to rest and recuperate but the experience was very negative and I regret wasting my money there. "

"The Royal Senchi truly has a taste for excellence. I stayed two nights and had a wonderful time. From the desk staff to the grounds personnel, everyone was friendly. I was very impressed. I will return in a heartbeat. "

The owner was onsite and when we reported a WiFi outage he went above and beyond and supplied us with a personal router for our room! The emperor suite was beautiful!"

The sleep quality was excellent, and the mattresses felt like sleeping at home. The restaurant's food was tasty and freshly made, and there were various options. The room amenities were nicely done. I will definitely visit here again "
