The apartment is in a quiet and central neighborhood of Agaete. On the TOP FLOOR of the Building, YOU ONLY HAVE TO CLIMB TWO heights. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR.
Nearby there is a gym, gas station, supermarket and playground.
It is a very quiet and familiar building, it will make you feel at home. It is minimalist but very complete. Open spaces, with plenty of natural light and ventilation.
The views are towards two streets and from the hallway window, we can see the impressive Tamadaba Pine Forest.
There is free parking in front of the building.
It is equipped with three bedrooms, 1 with a window to the hallway and 2 bedrooms with a window to a light patio. It has a balcony where you can sit and read or have breakfast quietly.
It is known as Los Arenales. Close to the center of town, less than 10 minutes walking to the main beach Puerto de las Nieves, the Natural Pools of La Salina or Playa de la Caleta. Close to the bus and taxi stop. Agaete is a town with many resources and quiet. Quite a few places to eat both in the town and in Puerto de las Nieves or the Valley.
