"The property has not been well maintained. There was a rear patio but clearly the garden had not been maintained this year. The property was marketed as a six person property but you had not provided bowels and teaspoons for six. You provided a dish washer but we could not use it as we needed things for next meal. The stairs were death trap and had to be used with care. We could not open the windows to let fresh air. Overall it was not up to the standard that we normally find"

"This is a great property, well-maintained in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. The facilities are excellent, with four separate bedrooms in the main house plus a self-contained annex out back. It was perfect for us, and comes highly recommended"

"The property was clean although a bit tired. Quite a few fittings hanging off. Note there are 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet, not 3 bathrooms as advertised. Bedrooms functional but very cramped. The owner required a £300 deposit via bank transfer in order to release the keys on the day of check-in, and then didn't refund or communicate for a week after the the rental, despite me making numerous calls and messages. Refund came eventually, but communication was non existent."

"Terrific location for two couples exploring Oxford, Blenheim, Avebury, Cotswolds et al from this lovely converted stable. Beautifully appointed and maintained. A quick and easy bus ride into central Oxford, and an easy drive to the ring road to explore further afield."

"This property has been renovated to a great standard and there was plenty of space for our party of four adults, each having their own bed. A couple of recommendations to the host - a few coat hooks behind the front door would be very welcome, and some more hangers in each of the wardrobes. Other than that, we found everything we needed and had a fabulous weekend. We would stay again, and recommend to others. "We really enjoyed our stay in Oxford! The house was perfect for our large group, from the rooms to the lounging area. The one complaint was cleanliness. There were quite a few places (including the kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and all bathrooms) where cleanliness was an issue. The dishwasher was also not working (and smelled really bad) but these all seem like quick and easy fixes!"

"Views are great over the square and the check in and communication process was easy. £100 bond was returned quickly and the flat is very secure and spacious. Kitchen is well stocked. Parking was free 6pm to 6am and is a 5-10 minute walk away at Argos and can be paid for remotely from 6am 8am which was £2. "
