Lime Tree View Gite - This is a fully self-contained 1 bedroom holiday cottage with one double bedroom complete with access to free WiFi throughout.

There is a well proportioned open plan Lounge, Kitchen & Dining area.
The well equipped kitchen has all the items that you may need to prepare your meals and ensure a relaxing holiday and a dining table with ample room to seat 4 people in comfort.
The lounge has ample comfortable seating with a sofa and tub chairs.

The airy and light master bedroom with double bed and relaxing decor, with beautiful views over the Courtyard and garden, also has plenty of storage within a large wardrobe with a full length mirror.

There is a perfectly sized en-suite shower room, with a large fitted shower cubicle which delivers piping hot water at mains pressure, a vanity sink complete with mirror, also a low level WC.

Outside there is a large private terrace, complete with table and seating with views of the courtyard and garden, a very pleasant place to sit with a glass of wine or have a barbecue whilst enjoying the beautiful sunshine or shade of the majestic lime tree.

For your convenience there is also access to a laundry room with a washing machine, we have a small farm shop with a some essentials available such as our home grown fruit and vegetables, and other items.

As part of our complex of 3 self-contained holiday cottages, each has access to the Games Room, containing pool table, table tennis, dart board, table football, etc. Also there is an upstairs lounge area with 2 large settees, table and chairs with beautiful far reaching views over the lake. Then leading from the games room out through some French doors to a Large patio area with tables,
chairs and sun loungers overlooking the 10 meter by 5 meter solar heated swimming pool, from this relaxing vantage point there are unrestricted views over meadows and the lake.

The 1 acre fishing lake has several species of fish including Carp, Tench, Roach, Rudd and Perch, this is open to fish exclusively for our guests, with tackle available without charge for our guests to use and enjoy a relaxing days fishing, by our tranquil lake.

The area around our property has many walking / cycling routes both on and off road, to explore the beautiful countryside, or for a little jaunt down to the local bakery for fresh bread or cakes.
