"The apartment was spacious and clean. All we needed for our five night stay."

"I didn't end up staying at this property. When I got there, I couldn't turn the dial on the lock box when I wiggled the box, I discover it is already open and there was no key inside! All alarm rung inside me. I was not given a phone number on who to contact. So was the room already occupied? I emailed and I was told to wait, a colleague will come with the key. Who is this colleague? Ring me, talk to me! Omg, I did not feel safe at all so I run with my bags at 9 at night after a 3hour drive...
