For shared use: swimming pool (depth 100 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 10:00-18:00). Unconventional pool shape. Shower/WC in the pool area, children's pool, outdoor shower. In the house: bar, massage (extra). Solarium, lift. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 10 m, shopping centre 1 km, restaurant 50 m, bar, bakery, café, pub garden 50 m, bus stop "Hard Rock hotel" 50 m, shingle beach "Playa Las Galgas" 240 m. Nearby attractions: Siam Park 12 km, Los Gigantes 20 km, Masca 32 km, Teide 60 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. 24hr guard. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
