Our room was on the second floor and was very quiet, clean and with comfortable beds. The complimentary breakfast was just what we needed before resuming our long drive the next morning. "The mini kitchenette was great and well equipped. The rooms were modern and cute. Parking was abundant and convenient right outside our door with and an extra spot we could move the outdoor furniture to and enjoy the sun with our morning coffee. Walking and biking to Parlee beach made easy as driveway near the cottages at the gas station next door led to a trail leading to the beach. "
