"Everything you would expect from a professionally run hotel. They need to update their room key system but thats a minor detail. Staff were lovely especially the main receptionist i delt with and the young nervous girl in the restaurant "

"Expectations were met, the staff were fantastic, it is misleading online about the laundry facilities, we paid more for the booking thinking we could do laundry at the half way point of a long vacation, be clear that laundry is sent out, not on site. Regards"

"My partner and I visited for one night, we were both very impressed. We booked a standard room, it was spacious, clean and had dual aspect windows. We didn’t manage to eat at the main hotel however the meal we had at the sister restaurant was really good value. The main bar looks like it’s recently been refurbished, a great place to chill out and the bartenders were very friendly. The Victorian spa was definitely worth visiting but I’m not sure that charging hotel guests for its use is entirely justifiable. "
