Good but...
The stellar feature about my stay here was the excellent communication with the hosts. 24/7 via phone or email and always helpful. The less than stellar was the check-in. I arrived well after dark, the taxi driver had difficulty finding the address (no street number). Once parked, the courtyard into the building had no lighting so we had to use our phones' flashlights to find the right door to the flat. Then, where was the lockbox? I ended up having to call and got a very accurate description of the location. When I got into the flat, the heat was off so it was quite Arctic. It took till the next morning for the place to hit 19C. The flat was pretty clean with the exceptions of the hob (stovetop) which had burned on residue around each burner, as well as some glassware & cutlery that hadn't been washed by the previous tenant or cleaning staff. Aside from that rather dismal first impression, the flat was fine. Well located, a block from George St with shops and busses. Depending on the weather, a lot of walkable sights to see, the Cathedral, Harbour, the beautiful beach. The saving grace for this stay was the excellent customer service.
