"Property is welcoming and homely. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. It is well situated for walking into Quesada and the surrounding areas by car. The kitchen is well equipped and the sofa very comfy, we uses the spacious solarium regularly and went to the huge communal pool which was chilly due to the time of year. As constructive criticism we (as a pair of ladies) would have appreciated a full length mirror, but other than that an entirely pleasant stay"

"Beautiful villa with lovely sunsets every night. The lovely swimming pool was still warm in October and the pool area is very spacious and private. The house is well equipped and was comfortable for our large group. Would recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful getaway in the country in a beautiful location."

"Montemar is a smallish urbanisation near La Finca golf and centre. Surrounding area us very attractive and near to Guardamar beach and Spanish towns of Algorfa and Almoradi (which come alive at night. House is clean, well equipped, with lovely comfortable main bed, good air conditioning and small but functional kitchen. Pool is directly outside front door and is lovely but area can be a little noisy. Patios and roof terrace at back of house overlook a yard where dogs are kept, and didn't find...

"We stayed here as we were attending a charity dinner in Sucina, and this lovely little casita is right in the heart of and literally a 2 minute walk from restaurants, supermarket etc. The photos and description don’t actually do the property justice. Beautifully decorated and Sam, the owner, was exceptional and has thought of everything and more that you could possibly need. Would highly recommend."

"Villa okay , but pool pump very noisy at night, also brackets to hold curtains open look very nice But on first day cut my arm , was then worried 3 year old could cut his face or head on them as we’re at different heights not child friendly Due to arrive late at nite wish there was welcome package deal of essentials"

"The communication with the owner was prompt at all times. And the villa was accurately described, plenty of space, the pool was amazing, a big hit with our children. The aircon was a massive bonus for the 2nd week when temperatures shot up. A lovely row of restaurants and bars literally less than a 2 minute walk away. Highly recommended, we are definitely considering coming back next year. Thank you"

"Had a fantastic holiday with my wife and 2 daughters. Great villa with a fantastic outdoor space for sunbathing during the day. The swimming pool is also brilliant for when it gets too hot, and the table and chairs outside is also superb for a quiet drink in the cooler temperatures at night ."
