"The hotel was in a quiet street, easily accessible by car, close to the Gare du Nord and with excellent transport links. The staff were very kind and went out of their way to assist us. We were able to keep our bags in the hotel until the evening when our train was due. The hotel is very generous with free snacks all afternoon until 2am. They also provide a generous breakfast with a small but complete selection of continental breakfast items. Would highly recommend staying here and would definitely rebook. "

The staff at the reception helped with directions, helped with transportation and orientation on how to get around. They provided free maps. My check in time was at 3:00 p.m.; but if the room was ready and I was there at 10:00 a.m. they would give me the room without charging additional fees. Make sure to click: “free breakfast” when booking. If you don’t click it, you can still pay around €12 for the breakfast at the reception and it is worth it. Fresh breads, good cheese, fresh juice and many more options. "
