"Our room was very comfortable and clean. We found the temperature too high in the middle of the night. I would have liked a small bar of soap for washing my face. The reception staff were exceptional, very friendly and incredibly helpful, including advice about an adventure company in Jaca that took my son canyoning - it was a great recommendation. "Good place. Clearly a ski hotel but we stayed in summer so very quiet. Very few guests and staff looked after us well. We ate & drank well in the bar despite being the only ones in there. Bar well priced too. Condition of the hotel is good but still a few years in it now so not bang up to date, but good size room more like a suite. "This is a truly remarkable property steeped in history We travelled 24 hrs by plane from Sydney to experience Canfranc Estacion and its worth it Travelling up by train wasnt easy though the first part was by fast train Drive or get a taxi for the last bits The experience was on a par with the internal hotel at Machu Picchu or the Oeninsular in Hong Kong It’s a gem and when the train line through to France is completed in a year or two WE WILL BE BACK"
