"Our stay in the hotel was very pleasant, reception staff polite, ready to help. Room clean but not everyday service. Excellent food. really excellent. Nice spa. The problem in the room was not tightly fitted door, that is why there was noise and cold by wind and rain. The room was changed."

"Mein Aufenthalt im VitalZeit Hotel war wirklich großartig! Es hat wirklich absolut alles gepasst! Das Einzelzimmer war ruhig, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal von der Rezeption bis zum Reinigungsservice unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend, ich fühlte mich von der ersten Sekunde an umsorgt und wohl. "Preis/Leistung ist nicht okay. Hätte mir mehr erwartet. Bei Buchung über Expedia oder Booking.com ist nicht einmal der Thermeneintritt dabei. Bei dem Preis würde man das schon erwarten. Ist eine Bauernfängerei. Das Essen ist zwar nicht schlecht, aber nichts Besonderes. Kein Lachs, billiger Käse und Wurst beim Frühstücksbuffet.
