We spent a week there and found the staff to be very polite and helpfull and the owner is on site and is also very helpful with lots of help and informaton about the local area. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed.The Villa Rita is within easy walking distance of the archaeological park and the beach. I would go back there like a shot."

"Friendly staff, super convenient to the train station (basically attached to it), clean and well air conditioned rooms. The staff at the front desk gave great recommendations for restaurants in the area. We booked this place super last minute as we had a change in travel plans, and it worked out well! I'd say this place is best for a quick stop in Salerno, if you plan to stay longer I would find somewhere not so close to the train station and in a cuter area. But the hotel itself is well kept...

"Great location and hotel for those who want to stay in the Amalfi coast, but away from the more populous towns. The town itself is lively and fun without feeling too overwhelming. This property has friendly, helpful, and attentive staff. Our living space was always clean, spacious, and conveniently located to points of interest in the town. Great restaurants are a block or two away, there's a supermarket across the street, and its only a block walk away from the beach/boardwalk. Would stay here...

"Not very impressed, the reason for booking was so we could relax and and have spa and massage treatments. And they said that the person doesn't work the month of August, isn't that busy season.why would I go halfway up a mountain to stay with nothing to do and don't help you with anything.very disappointed."
