The only thing I was disappointed with was, the spa only worked on Friday and Saturdays for massages etc. the rest of the time you could just use the pool or sauna. So considering it is a spa hotel it was disappointing to realise I couldn’t use the spa while I was there"

One of them just had a go at my husband instead of talking nicely but she talked to us aggressively. The other female staff upon our check out we were confused with payment and deposit. With her broken English and our broken French, instead of trying to be patient with us she rolled her eyes and said something in French and stormed off. "This is a boutique hotel that is one of the nicest 3*s I’ve stayed at. The staff are lovely and helpful. The hotel room and breakfast area are clean ans neat. Housekeeping attended daily. I’d stay again for sure if I was in the area. PS this is France, there is no hot breakfast option, only continental."
