The receptionist that welcomed us was a very distinguished gentleman who answered all our questions and was friendly. Our room was full of color and welcoming. "Breakfast was fine. The only downside to the visit was that there appeared to be temperature controls in the room but they didn't do anything. We asked for help and after a bit of a struggle staff checked and told us the installation wasn't yet complete so the controls wouldn't do anything for about another week. By the time anyone sees this comment the problem should be gone. But 27+ degrees C in the room was uncomfortable."

"The property was fantastic. The staff were fantastic. Working really hard and provided a great stay at basically the only place open on the mountain. But it didn't feel like anything was lacking. Breakfast was great, dinner was absolutely delicious. Will definitely come back again to try some of the hiking paths in the area."

"4 night stay and as others have mentioned the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was okay if all you need is a bed for the night and are travelling all day. It's about a 15-20 minute walk from the centre of town/train station. Has a lovely restaurant next door with views overlooking the lake. "
