Some of the finishes are a bit dated - I think it's perhaps more of a 2-star hotel and even the plaque on the outside of the hotel only has 1 star but, as I understand it, the Spanish hotel rating system is undergoing updates. "Despite being just 2 people, we stayed in one of the large boats--two bedrooms, two bathrooms--and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The boat itself was impeccably clean and furnished with new, modern appliances and furnishings. There's an excellent kitchen for those who want to cook, and the boat's rooftop 'terrace' is a great place to relax. The provided water and welcome drinks in the fridge were a great touch. "I loved the location of the property as it was high up on a hill and the views of the sea are amazing and views of the mountains and the different villages and golf courses were fantastic.
