"The location is superb, just a few minutes from downtown. There's a fantastic café nearby. The room was impeccably clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. However, the room was quite small, and one of the lights was positioned near the pillow, turning on inadvertently whenever we moved. My wife or I could not even go to the toilet with out waking the other up as the floor squeaked that loud when you tried to walk to the toilet . I slept in the 2nd bedroom in the single bed or rather tried to but it was that worn out , it gave me a back ache as it drooped in the middle so did not get much sleep at all . Lack of elevator meant lugging my very heavy suitcase up two flights of stairs.No coffee maker in room , should be a given in hotel rooms these days ."
