"Tomas was excellent about communicating with us before check-in. He arranged for Ana to have our room available so we could drop off our bags early. Ana was kind-- and strong! She carried both of our bags up the stairs . The room was spacious and very clean. The double windows kept the noise out. It was quiet despite being next to the Hard Rock. The location was ideal - just inside the Pile Gate entrance. If we were to return to Dubrovnik, we would choose to stay here again."

"I only stayed for one night. Pros: Hostel is in great location, I had a nice check in experience, cleanliness was good, not many toilets/showers available but never had to wait. Cons: there aren't any comfortable common areas to chill, kitchen area is pretty small and just a few uncomfortable seating spaces and for the terrace there's only a couple of old benches and it feels like they're going to fall apart. Beds are narrower than a twin size. Lockers are small, my regular sized backpack didn't fit in them. In conclusion it is a decent place to stay for one night but probably not for longer."
