"Stayed here as a base of opa pretty much. Not much around nightlife wise but was a solid vacation rental to sleep and do your basics in."

"The property was very clean, 15-20 min from downtown SF, had a lot of amenities, and was in a fairly quiet neighborhood. The steep hills were hard to park on but there is plenty of parking on other streets. The back patio is shared with other people and includes the washing machine and a propane fire-pit. The inside of the property was very cozy and had plenty of space, although the furniture can be a bit stiff Our hosts were very friendly and had great communication during our stay. "

"Cute comfortable place, really fun for a weekend visit. It feels like it would be really tight with 8 people, but for a family with a small dog it was perfect. "

"Lovely stay, great space! Could use a space heater but I was warned by the property manager to bring warm clothes/slippers so that’s my fault. Perfect location, close to downtown but not too close. Near great restaurants so all around great time! "

"Overall is fine, the smell in the house is bad, like very very old carpet. Also, the property should replace cookware and glassware. It’s just unacceptable for this money. All old and badly scratched, only one pan and in terrible condition, we couldn’t use it! The beds are clean and nice. It could use a remodeling, or at least a deep cleaning. "

"Very convenient to nearby family and Dolores heights area. Map placement by Vrbo was a little misleading but it worked out fine."

"The home is comfortable, clean, and a very good value. Ravi is an excellent host, and went out of his way to make the stay comfortable and easy. The Portrero Hill location is quiet and safe, with lots of restaurants and markets steps away. All 4 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, with large windows in each, and the kitchen is well equipped I highly recommend this property!"
