"Staff friendly and helpful. The bathroom a bit small but it’s okay. The only thing the shower was not draining. Called the receptionist and was fixed the following day. Location is good. Walking distance to train stations and tourist spots like Eiffel Tower, arc De triumph, and Champs-Elysées. Breakfast is good. Room aircon was just perfect we were tired from walking and was able to sleep. "

"The room was a little on the small side but not a major issue as spent the majority of the time out exploring the city so was only really used for sleeping. Could have maybe had a full length mirror in either the bedroom or bathroom but again doesn’t detract from the rest of the hotels features. Staff were very helpful and spoke good English, the breakfast had a wide range of foods catering for almost all dietary requirements. Pool and spa facilities were really good and relaxing. Location was perfect and only 3 min walk to the metro or 20min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Would highly recommend and would def stay again!"
