"A warm (v early morning) welcome at check-in. Great staff all round. Comfortable clean room and a comfortable bed and an excellent shower with Molton Brown soaps/gels. Fluffy towels too. Good varied breakfast. Roof terrance where you can take your own drinks/snax etc. 5min walk to the Metro and 10min to Gare Est. Plenty of places to eat/drink close by. We’d stay there again! "

"We really enjoyed this quirky, boutique hotel, which is located directly across the street from the Gare du Nord. I wish we could have stayed longer, but we only booked an extra large room for one night in advance of a relatively early morning flight from the CDG the next day. This is a fantastic hotel if you have a flight from CDG because we can take the RER right out of the Gare du Nord. The hotel itself was great. The room was quirky and comfortable. The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful, and the mini bar was complementary. This was a small touch, but a nice one. The hallways are narrow, but our room was nice and large. This is a very nifty hotel that I would highly recommend, especially if you have train or air connections that are accessible from the Gare du Nord."
