"WorldMark Indio was beautiful, clean, and spacious with a nice bedroom, big bathroom, kitchen, and patio. The pool and lazy river were amazing where we spent most of our time! Our only concern was the checkin process. The listing doesn’t mention this is a timeshare and we got asked about ownership at checkin. VRBO did have great communication to tell us what to say at checkin to help us get in and avoid the owners meeting. "

"Our family of four had a wonderful week-long Christmas vacation at the WorldMark Indio Palm Springs Resort. The two bedroom unit was very spacious and the two single beds gave each of our kids (boy/girl) their own bed. It was just a short walk to the pool, hot tub, and lazy river. The resort had all the key amenities like fitness center, arcade room, tennis/basketball court, and shared BBQ's. No on-premise restaurant but there is a convenience store and a cafe that serves Starbucks. It is a time...

"The property was nice with comfortable beds and spacious living room . The TV has everything and easy to navigate on the remote control. Had every app pretty much which was great to watch tennis . The heater in. The house seemed to work best on one side of the house and less in the bedrooms . The heat in water in both bathrooms took a little bit to warm up . The master shower has dual heads but only one side had hot water. We never used the pool because they wanted to charge us a ridiculous...

"The house was beautiful. Unfortunately it was located in an area of many dogs that barked from 5am to 9pm. We had issues with the property charging us extra to heat the pool. They never did heat it over the standard heat and charged us for it regardless. I tried to get a refund but nothing. We also experienced a clogged shower and a broken ice maker. Reached out about all the issues to the property managers but nothing was done. Spend the extra money and book a hotel. Fyi followed up...

"I booked this property for myself, my teenage son, 2 friends and their teenage children for a sports tournament nearby. The house was dirty with hair in the bathroom and mold on the walls and there was garbage scattered in the backyard. The neighborhood was noisy until close to midnight both nights of our stay, despite the noise ordinance and our call to the Property Contact. This property sleeps 6, not 9, as advertised.
