"Lovely hotel, very friendly staff and the best bed bedding and pillows … didn’t want to get out of bed as it was so comfy! Good breakfast with a good variety of hot and cold foods! Good location 10 mins walk into city center! Would definitely stay again! "

"Simple and practical, great for solo travellers or if you just need to crash for a night or two. Room was clean and stocked just fine, temperature was nice and cool and the bed was comfy. The standard room was quite small but it was fine for my purposes."

"Great staff on arrival and throughout. Room was spacious with pretty much everything you would need including a fridge and a coffee machine. There were also biscuits and a 2 Ferraro Roche. Huge star for that! Staff couldn’t do enough to help. Any requests or issues were actioned immediately. A few critique (which would not stop me staying at the hotel again: the shampoo and body wash were attached to the wall. I had a lovely hot bath but it was a struggle to reach the pump. Some body lotion would have been a nice touch. On the first morning I found the cooked breakfast to be a bit lacking but the French toast on the second morning was absolutely delicious and my daughter’s boiled eggs were cooked to perfection. There was also a help yourself continental breakfast. Sadly for the hotel on the second morning there was quite a substantial leak through the ceiling into the dining room. Not the hotels fault but huge buckets of murky brown water in the middle of the floor where you were trying to eat was a bit off putting. I would respectfully suggest that guests should maybe have been steered to the bar/lounge for breakfast during this emergency. Again, this is meant as constructive feedback and NOT criticism. Thank you"

"What a great hotel ! We stayed for 3 nights (22nd to 25th March) and had a decent sized room on the 6th floor, which included a kitchenette. There was a highly rated bar/restaurant, the Amelia Hall, on the ground floor. All the staff we came into contact with were lovely and very helpful. The hotel is round the corner from City Hall, the centrepiece of Belfast city and there were bars and restaurants all around so no problem with finding somewhere to eat or drink. It's also about a 3 minute walk from Grand Central railway and bus station. All in all, for £77 per night (room only), it was excellent !"

"Our room was on the 4th floor. No issue with that but there seemed to be a little cluster of rooms all quite close together. Again no issues with neighbours or noise. The room was just disappointing. A view of a brick wall and a yard meaning there was very little natural light in the room. The bed was also not the most comfortable. The desk seemed to be out of place and the bathroom could have been a little tidier. The food and staff were great in all honesty, pity the room tarnished it a bit."
