I ordered flowers and chocolates and when they were delivered they put them in her room so when she arrived they were there. Thank you so much"

"The renovations/decor was fantastic. The room was large and overall pleasing. The shower taps need attention, the bed was very squeeky/noisey. The room appeared clean however my wife did get a small piece of glass in her foot."
