"The staff went aboce and beyond to assist us in all our requests and depsite a few challenges on our visit the hotel navigated them with speed, courtesy, and professionalism. We will definitely be back! Breakfast had a lot of options, the pool was huge and perfect for my child to have a blast in and the fitness room was very clean and smelled nice. We feel like we hot more than we expected and have already told our friends to stay here!"

"Clean room, helpful explanation on faucet on bathtub, beautiful Christmas decorations in the registration area, ample parking. Staff was exceptionally friendly! Wooster is a beautiful small town. Our trip was at the perfect time when the town celebrated a Christmas wonderland, street signs and stores were decorated. Great time had!!"
