Everyone I interacted with was polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful, which made such a long stay feel comfortable and welcoming. Two team members in particular really stood out. Jilly on reception was an absolute bundle of joy every morning—her warmth and energy set a positive tone for the day and made me feel right at home. Laura was also wonderful; always present, always smiling, and consistently happy to help with anything I needed. They both deserve a big thumbs up for their outstanding hospitality. Breakfast each day was great, with plenty of choice and consistently good quality. I also had the lovely surprise of receiving a free two-course meal after registering on the hotel’s website, as it happened to be my birthday—such a thoughtful touch that really made my stay feel special. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and am already looking forward to returning in the next few months. Highly recommended!"

"Beautiful, traditional place to stay. From walking in the door it just feels cosy and welcoming. Breakfast was quality produce, cooked perfectly to order. Would definitely stay again. Very clean, homely and friendly staff. "

"Very peaceful stay, considering it was Christmas party/event weekend. Excellent location, walking distance to all the attractions, pubs, bars and restaurants. The room and bathroom were perfect sizes, spotless with good lighting and extra mirrors. Love the toiletries (nice scent and no irritation). Fluffy and soft towels. Good wardrobe space with good steam iron/board. Good hairdryer. Extra coat hooks. Good seating space. Very comfortable bedding. Good room temperature. Good selection of Samsung TV channels including Sky news and Film4. Excellent tea/coffee station/ biscuit selection and love the complementary fridge items. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Excellent selection of beverages and food, cooked to perfection. All staff were friendly and polite. Extremely satisfied with our stay. "

"Great location for Lincoln city centre. Hotel staff are welcoming and friendly. Car park was good and safe. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Nice restaurant area although it is best to book for busy times. The decor is a little out dated but they are currently undergoing refurbishment so will look good when finished. All in all a very pleasant hotel. We would definitely stay again."
