"Room was clean and in order. Location is accesible to public transpiration . Kitchen was ok but there’s a pungent smell when I opened the dishwasher . There’s only 1 small garbage can in the toilet, I wish there was another in main room . The main door can be opened even without entering a code to open, I found this unsafe because anyone can gain access inside the property. "

"We were really disappointed with our stay. The place was not clean at all — we found hair everywhere, which was very off-putting. The bathroom was dirty and had black bits on the floor, making it feel unhygienic. The freezer was also very dirty, with bits of hair inside it — absolutely unacceptable. "Beautifully appointed apartment in a superb location. Fantastic communication from our host, including local sightseeing and restaurant tips. Hot tub on the roof top was a lovely way to relax in the afternoon. Points to note are that it's a penthouse and there's no lift. "We stayed one night after a long day at Europa-Park, and this hotel was exactly what we needed. It’s a large, business-style property with a spacious lobby and plenty of seating. Even in heavy rain, arrival was easy thanks to the wide white-curb area in front of the lobby—you can pull your rental car right up without hunting for parking, which is rare in Europe. Check-in was quick and friendly. Staff spoke English and German, and we were in our room within minutes. We had a family room with a queen bed and a sofa bed for the kids (9 and 12). The room was surprisingly spacious, with a table and chairs, lots of storage, and a complimentary minibar stocked with beer, soda, water, and juice. A nice standout: the bathroom had shampoo, body wash and conditioner, which we rarely saw at other German hotels. The shower was fully enclosed and easy to use, and the overall room was clean and comfortable—nothing overly memorable or “boutique,” but very good quality. We slept well and would stay again. The location is excellent if you're using the train. The station is directly across the street with two pedestrian bridges. From the front door, turn right, go up the ramp, cross the bridge, and take stairs or the elevator to your platform. Even with luggage, it was an easy walk. A convenient, comfortable stay—great for families and perfect for train travel."
