We ran out of hot water when showering with that many guys to shower after long day out hunting (we just staggered our showers over longer time frame for the second day) and there was loose step stone on the steps. But like I said great place, all of the guys look forward to renting this place for next year too! Thanks for letting us stay!"

"This studio apartment was perfect for what we needed for our overnight visit to Wabasha. It is attractively decorated and furnished as well as very quiet. The downtown location is close to a nice coffee place and just a couple blocks from a nice walking trail along the Mississippi River. We are looking forward to returning to Wabasha and this apartment, in December.Mike was thorough and prompt in providing us with the information we needed and when responding to our questions."

"I work out of town and stay in hotels a lot. I'm always wary of no name hotels. This one was great! I'm very critical of the bathroom and shower area and these were spotless. The rest of my room and the hotel was also very clean and well maintained. I would recommend this place to anyone and I'll stay here again if in the area. "
