"Nice hotel.. Quiet.. I wish there were more options for room service. The Starbucks inside the hotel is nice however I bought a muffin and it was stale.. I should mention you can have free late checkout till 2pm and if u pay 1000thb u can late check out at 5pm which is perfect if your catching a later flight "

"Besides the fact that our room was not ready until 1800 (6pm!!!), we enjoyed everything else. We were comped the daily breakfast, which I think was a nice touch due to the room not being ready."

"We stayed here for 3 nights and found the hotel, service and convenience all fantastic. We loved how calm it felt and the staffs were all amazing people. They truly helped us with every question and supported us where required. The breakfast choice is smaller than what you’d expect from larger hotels, but we found each dish to be well cooked and delicious. It was definitely a great experience for us coming to Chiang Mai for the first time, and the hotel really gave us how truly amazing the Chiang Mai is. We will be back :)"
