"The staff was amazing. Interacted most with server Emily, loved her super attentive and accommodating. The wellness and spa staff was great and I had a great massage Zach was a great masseuse and purchased a facial for my sister with another provider and she had a great experience after just one service you could see a difference. The staff at the pool side providing towels were all very sweet as well especially when I couldn’t remember my room number. Food was also great. Front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating as well. Would highly recommend this place. "

"I’ve been a guest with multiple times and never have an issue. The Hotel does need an update on its rooms as the decor is very outdated. However the staff were polite and we really did enjoy how accommodating they were with young children. Also very close to shops and restaurants "

"Overall we enjoyed our stay. We didn’t have any construction noise on our side that some commenters complained about. We were staying at ocean front room. The views to the ocean and sunset were incredible from our room and balcony. The ocean is right across the street (less than 1 minute walk). The personnel was beyond being great. The front desk managers and housekeepers were excellent. Just a few remarks: the hotel overall felt outdated and the rooms were not renovated (the only renovated rooms were junior suits). And it can get pretty crowded. Some local recommendations: Veranda was for breakfast buffet, House without key for dinner right at the beach with Hawaiian live music and Earl’s is a must go (great service and food). "
