Ocean outside your door! Gorgeous 2 bedroom fully furnished condo for rent in Santa Marianita, Ecuador.

King size bed in master, two twins in second bedroom, 2 baths with shower, open concept kitchen, dining room, living room.

Sit outside on patio and watch the ocean and the whales in the season. Walk across the street and lie on the beach, or take a swim.

Want some excitement, attend one of the local kite surfing schools and learn to catch the waves.

Walk to local Gringo cafe for breakfast and meet new friends. Cross the street to beach cabanas for fresh fish lunch and ice cold beer. Pizza restaurant and fish restaurants for dinner.

Or take a local taxis into Manta (15 minutes) to visit the Mall, mercados or to Monte Christi (40 minutes), home of the "Panama" hats and a golf course.

$60 per night, $250 per week, $800 per month including utilities. $20 cleaning fee. No pets.

SELF ISOLATION IN MANTA ON THE BEACH DURING COVID 19

Property very well maintained with total security. You see some activity on the weekends but during the week days you got the beach pretty much to yourself. Caretaker was quick to response and address minor details. I would definitely come back for another stay.

Clean but a few issues

The apartment was clean but BBQ was disgusting so we did not use. Also would have been nice to be able to open the front gates so we would not have to look through the bars at our view of the beach. Also arriving at night no toilet paper or drinking water, would have been a nice touch to have small but necessary items.
