"Casi imposible contactar con los propietarios,faltavan servicios los quales en la reserva se incluian,no sabian nada de nuestra reserva y le dieron nuestra habitacion a otros huespedes q se quedaron fuera al ver q la habitacion estava ocupada,nos supo muy mal por ellos pq reservaron hace cinco meses y nosotros tansolo el dia antes,la recepcion nos la hacieron otros huespedes despues de estar media hora intentando contactar,,estando mal aparcados enmedio de la calle cuando en los filtros previos...

"Wij reisden met onze oude hond (okt) per auto. Het appartement ligt buiten het oude Carcasonne in een wijk met redelijk wat verkeer en openbaar vervoer vlakbij. Op de hoek (30 m) is een afhaalpunt waar heerlijke pizza's in rap tempo worden klaargemaakt. Het was wel even schrikken dat we met de hond een aantal trappen op moesten naar het appartement maar gelukkig lukte dat. De woning is ruim en goed ingericht. Alles keurig netjes en schoon.
