Showed them videos with timing but nothing happened. Paid too much money for too much inconvenience. Think twice before booking this property. Definitely not recommending. "

They were very dirty and I would not recommend any to book with this hotel. I would highly recommend Hotels.com to investigate with this matter. Once we have seen the room we straight away complain to the local hotel and Hotels.com but no one was helpful. I need this matter investigated."
