The breakfast was also excellent — delicious food, great variety, and wonderful presentation. Due to an unexpected family emergency, I had to leave earlier than planned. The hotel handled the situation with compassion and professionalism, and I received my refund without any issues or complications. I am very grateful for their understanding and support. It is very classy: the room was big, quiet and cosy (actually it is better than it looks in the picture), the selling is high, hot water pressure is good, elevator going smooth and quiet, eating aria at 3 rd floor is very nice. Special thanks for the staff - everybody were very helpful, polite and friendly! Didn't have a chance to use a pool and check the area."
