"Small clean room but got the job done ! Smallest elevator I have ever seen. May fit 4 people and 4 small luggage’s so the wait for the elevator was painfully long and Very tight but I would still stay there, super close to the parade viewing !"

"The Mandarin Oriental is first class and has a fantastic view of Central Park. After the hustle and bustle of Manhattan, this is a wonderful place to recharge and relax. The Christmas decorations were great and the kids loved the North Pole Post Office and chocolate. We would definitely come back. "
