"Deluxe, King Size , Ocean View The room was clean and the toilet was bigger than expected. It also featured a super clean bathtub which my wife loved. The view from our balcony was breathtaking and we just enjoyed the moment. The staff were true professional. An incident of a faulty ceiling fan was encountered at our balcony around 10.30pm. Upon informing the front desk, the technician came swiftly and they fixed it right away. I am surprised by the the technician's availability at that hour & on the spot rectification. Well done!! We will certainly book this hotel if we come to Langkawi again 😁"

"The room we had was excellent and spacious. The room was kept clean & check & good amenities. Only down side was the t.v. as was due to be upgraded so we had bad signal. We were given the option of an apple box but we had to subscribe to. The staff were amazong from the reception to kisten staff. We were wrlcomed & supported with dietry requirements.
