"The trip was very memorable. Ms. Marceling, the coordinator, the cruise manager Mr. Bam and whole cruise team was very polite and done a lot of care. Room was nice with a gallery and great view. Food was also excellent. I Cant believe that Jain vegetarian food can be so nicely prepared by a Vietnam chef. Thanks to all again. "

"The cruise and staff were wonderful. The pickup and drop off to Hanoi hotel is an extra $50, but I believe this is normal. Be advised though, stock up on water and drinks ahead of time, as all drinks, even water, is an additional cost once on board. Food (which was good) is included, but no beverages, not even water (which was a surprise), are included. "

"This is a very nice hotel in a very quiet area. Very easy walking or bike riding. The restaurant is very good, breakfast was perfect. Many options. Most of the guests are here either before or after a cruise. If you are looking for night life, this is not the place. Really nothing around except a few mini marts with restaurant attached. "
