薬草温泉は良かったです。疲れた体に薬草効果で癒されました。室内はところどころ壁紙が剥がれていたり、室内のお風呂のカーテンがカビていて、蛇口の脇からお湯や水が漏れるので、少し修理したら最高だと思いました。宿泊費は安いし、お土産も充実していて良かったです。

スリッパはすり減ってペラペラで、素足歩いているようでした。お風呂に今時、リンスインシャンプーだし、冷蔵庫にミネラルの一本のサービスもない。レストランは片付けが間に合わす、朝座る席がなく、他人の分を下げました。値段にみあいません。

、子の大学受験の為、利用　させていただきました。気になった点、ユニットバスが汚い。食堂に蜘蛛の巣や埃がすごかった。壁が薄いのか他の部屋の声や廊下の音が大きく聞こえる。部屋の埃も良かった点、スタッフの対応が優しい。

子供の大学受験の付き添いで利用しました。総合的にとっても良かったです。強いて言えば、部屋の壁がカビ？で汚かったコト。WiFiが弱すぎること。お風呂を推してる割に打たせ湯、ジェットが壊れていたコト。でしょうか。でも薬草風呂も良かったし、枕の追加貸し出しも良かったし、静かな環境でたくさんあるマンガを読みふけりました。子供も勉強に集中できたみたいです。飲み物の自販機もたくさんあったし、かなりくつろいで過ごせました。朝、お風呂に入りそびれてしまったので朝食かお風呂かどちらかでいいので、もう少し延長してもらえたら、うれしいかなと思いました。

毎年利用してます、都留駅から若干離れてますが車だとアクセスしやすくスタッフの方も親切で料理も美味しい…また利用します。

一泊でお世話になりました外観と違い静かな山の中にあり、静かに過ごせました。薬草風呂はぬるめでゆったり長く入れます。効能もたくさんありそのためか安眠できました。枕や漫画、ちょっとした売店も品物が充実していてとても満足です。漫画が沢山あるので、子ども連れ（中高生）でも時間を持て余すことなくゆっくりできました。

建物は古いが、お風呂の薬草風呂、サウナは良し。食事も美味しくスタッフも対応抜群。部屋や風呂は昭和感漂う。部屋のトイレが昔の便器の上に無理にウォシュレット置いているので安定せず使用しづらい。一階フロント前トイレ使用を勧めますが、女子トイレの扉が固く中に入りづらい。それ以外は、パーフェクトなので⭐️四つ評価です。
