"Great breakfast"

"The entire stay was great. Our first room’s shower didn’t work, but Eddie was so apologetic and moved us quickly across the hall. The second room could’ve been cleaned a bit better (floors didn’t looked mopped & something was spilled from previous people & the cooktop was dirty). I did report at checkout that this shower/tub took a few extra minutes to drain water. Otherwise the recliner was very nice to have as my husband was very congestive and it worked as his bed both nights. The bed is on the hard side (I didn’t mind) and the pillows on the soft side (not a big deal to me). Refrigerator, ice maker, dish soap & dishcloth, and laundry basket were wonderful touches to have!! I hate having to figure out where to put dirty clothes. Day time staff was super nice. Definitely will be our go to play to stay when in the Indy area. Thank you for having a clean, convenient to shopping & dining, and pleasant staff at your facility!! "

"We stayed here because it’s close to our son and his wife’s home and close to the Indianapolis airport. We spent a few nights here while spending the days with our 3 kids and their spouses at our son’s home nearby. We even did our laundry the morning of the day of our flight home. We bought detergent from the store by the front desk and the machines were free to use. The ladies at the front desk (I should have gotten their names) were wonderful and very helpful. Our room was a King Suite with a fold out couch. We loved the feel of the room. The bed was so comfortable, the bathroom was clean and big enough for my husband and I to get ready for the day in. We did not make it to the pool or hot tub but it looked clean and light. We’ll probably stay here again in May. I can’t think of anything negative about the hotel. "

"When I walked in the door I was greeted with a friendly smile and pleasant attendant. I think the gentleman’s name was Cody. During my stay I had to go to the ER and the lady that was working the desk at 4am (headed out to the ER) was very helpful and kind. Made sure I had anything to help me with what I was going through. Upon returning from ER they were accommodating as well. Was able to rest after coming back to the hotel. There was street noise but what hotel doesn’t have street noise. Upon departure the gentleman that checked me in checked me out, again with the same warm smile and pleasant demeanor. There was also another lady at the desk at checkout that was extra kind and sweet to my kiddos. I would recommend and stay again if I was back in Indianapolis. Do not recommend IU hospital though lol. I should have taken the ladies advice and went to St. Francis maybe. I was pleased with my stay there. "
