We offer for tourist rent a 2-bedroom apartment within walking distance of the sea and two city beaches. The 60 m2 apartment consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a French-style kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony with summer furniture. There is everything you need for living and relaxing: furniture, household appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels. The living room is equipped with air conditioning. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. The area has a well-developed infrastructure. The Consum supermarket is only 100 meters away! Within walking distance there are many bars and restaurants, a pharmacy and a public transport stop. At a distance of 450 and 600 meters there are two popular city beaches - Los Locos and Del Cura. Accommodation option - up to 4 people (no animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony! For violation - a fine of 200 euros!
Check-in from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out from 09:00 to 11:00. An additional fee of 20 euros applies for check-in or check-out outside of company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and public holidays. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. A deposit of 200 euros is payable upon check-in.
