Clean, furbished colld place.

Forenom has two locations. I placed my booking based on the map. Actuall booking happend to be for another location. Even on reservation form I have received on e-mail there is mismatch between address and the maps. Second things is the tempreture in the room. The heater was on maximum and the tempreture in the room was just not to die. The good things is that the room is very clear and you have all you need as explained in advertisment.

Laut, schwieriges Umfeld aber sauberes Zummer

Check-In war sehr schwierig. Vielleicht sollte das Gerät zur Code-Eingabe beschriftet werden. Sonst weiß man nicht welches das Richtige ist. Ausstattung der Küche ist mangelhaft. Ein Teller und 1kl. Löffel für 2 Personen? Und von allem sonst bitte 4 Teile statt 2. Auch die Umgebung ist eher schwierig bis billig. Such hatte ich mir unter Stadtsicht nicht den Blick auf ein 20 m entfernten Wohnblock vorgestellt.

Rooms are clean on surface but needs deep cleaning and also smells spicy food. Receptionist is nice and helpful, but they are not available all time like their other branch in Kista. Location is very convenient for shopping, train, bus and restaurants.

trist hotell med stora rum

Vi skulle på fest och vi behövde inget speciellt rum och även om hotellet i sig är trist så var rummet stort med utsikt (över Kista). Frukosten var på ett cafe och den var ok men inte mer.

Är det värt pengarna?

Det var målarfärg som lossnat på toadörren. I köket flera mörka ringar på köksbänken vid spisen. 2 st enkelsängar som glider isär. Hissen ser ut som efter tredje världskriget. Rummet förlorar du accessen kl 11. I receptionen svar: vi har sommartiden kvar. Här skulle vi på en romantisk helg på hotellet - snål trodde hon jag var...

Please avoid it!

If you read this, make me a favor and avoid this hotel. For the price I paid was a terrible mistake: once a week they clean the room, limited toiletry, entire room smelled of Indian food, in fact it is an apart-hotel with plenty of Asian people around. I am not racist but I expect some minimum standards which should be reflected in the price. The good part is that it is situated above a shopping area where you may find a food court.. For breakfast you have to go to a separate restaurant with a coupon to get it, not bad but again it is too expensive for what you will get. Comparing with other hotels in Europe, this is a joke, a bad one.

Citronyrsel

Försenad incheckning två timmar, de hade inte hunnit städat. De försökte dölja en obehaglig doft på rummet med ett starkt rengöringsmedel som luktade citron. Citrondoften försvann sakta och den obehagliga doften tilltog. Rum 1301. Personalen i receptionen gjorde dock så gott de kunde, tack för det.

Vi skulle se Sverige - Danmark i play off så jag sökte ett hotell närma lokaltrafik. Närheten till T-banan var bra och själva rummet var ok men hotellet i övrigt var ofräsch. Rumskorridoren var smutsig och mattan riktigt äcklig.

Mycket bra hotell men kass frukost

Helt okej hotell med fina rum, sköna sängar, trevlig personal, nära till buss och tunnelbana. Men frukosten?? Den är värdelös.

Välj ett annat hotell

Incheckningen var under all kritik. Vi anlände 14.00 för att hinna göra oss i ordning och hinna julhandla innan playoff-matchen på Friends Arena. Rummet var inte städat, men vi skulle få det "om tio minuter". Klockan gick och gick. Kl 14.40 fick vi veta att det skulle vara klart om två timmar!!! Omdisponering. Resten av familjen gick på shoppingtur, medan jag var kvar och argumenterade med personalen. Fem minuter senare lyckades de få fram ett rum. Väl uppe på rummets våningsplan såg jag varför det inte rummen städades. Fyra personer i städpersonalen, varav en städade, en skrev listor och två bråkade med varandra och med hon som faktiskt arbetade. Sista gången som jag frivilligt bor här.

Good basic accommodation in a good position.

This is a hotel that seemed more like student accommodation than a proper hotel. There's a small reception area with very friendly and helpful staff, but no restaurant, bar or lounge to relax in. It's not so much a hotel and simply a functional place to stay. It is right next to (almost in) a large shopping complex with all the highstreet brand names, a cinema, numerous coffee shops and eateries. The breakfast was actually served at one of the small cafes in the shopping centre and was average considering the cafe was an Italian patisserie. The hotel is very usefully situated opposite the station (about 20 minutes from Stockholm city centre) and is also handy for the bus to Arlanda airport (about 35 minutes).

ストックホルム地下鉄のKista駅(「シスタ」と発音されているようです)直結ショッピングモールGalleriaの上にあるホテルです。どちらかといえばビジネス用途のホテルかと思います。 長期滞在用でもあるのか、部屋にはキッチンがあり、電子レンジやコーヒーメーカなど必要なものは一式がそろっています。利用はしていませんが、ランドリーもあるようです。ホテルは建物の高層部にあり、低層部は学生アパートになっているようです。 ホテル内にはレストランはなく、朝食はモール内の提携しているカフェで取ることになります。最初は迷うので、チェックイン時にお店の名前を書いてもらうと良いと思います。 アメニティなどは一切ありませんので、日本のビジネスホテルの感覚で行くとショックを受けます。滞在が一週間いないであれば、タオルの交換や清掃は週に一回だけです。逆に、そのわずらわしさがないとも言えるかもしれません。スウェーデンらしいシンプルなホテルといえます。

Bad uden bruser

Bruser og slange var separeret, slangen var knækket. Dette nåede ikke at blive repareret mens vi var der. sikkert på grund af at det var søndag. Men ellers var det et godt værelse.

Tyvärr en besvikelse. Ribbotten i sängen var trasig vilket påtalade direkt samt följande dagar utan åtgärder eller kompensation. Så vi sjönk ihop på mitten av sängen. Toalocket var trasigt och det saknades tvål. Frukostbuffén var även den en besvikelse dåligt utbud tror pressbyrån gjort det bättre.

Enkelt hotell, rena men ganska tråkiga rum, 20 min med tuben från city. Helt ok standard, ligger i direkt anslutning till Kista galleria. Kommer nog inte välja det igen.

Tråkigt hotell, rummet luktade illa

Jag bodde i en lägenhet om ett sovrum och vardagsrum/kök. Enkla materialval och tråkig inredning. Lägenheten luktade kraftigt av någon kryddstark matlagning (det fanns ett litet kök). Bodde här eftersom allt annat var fullbokat.

My booking was changed by hotel.com to StayAt Bromma without informing me. It was really not good to come to stayat kista after the long day and to hear "Your booking was cancelled... Oh, sorry, you are moved to the other hotel!"...far away from StayAt kista!

Stay At Kista

An excellent location for access to all the technology companies. The apartment I had was nice. Everything you need for a short stay. The only down side was no restaurants so breakfast required going to a local snack type premises. Ta above a large shopping mall so food is available

Veldig koselig leilighet. Kunne ønsket meg badekar. Ellers meget god plass til to voksne og to barn/ungdom. Veldig god dobbeltseng, men sovesofaen som vi voksne fikk, var vond.:) Store vinduer ga rommene masse flott lys. Leiligheten var kanskje litt slitt, men alt var rent og pent, så det passet perfekt. Lett tilgang til senteret gjorde våre barn superhappye. Der finnes ALT! Lett tilgjengelig til tbanen som tar 10 min inn til byen (Stockholm) Hadde vi hatt lengre tid enn en langhelg, skulle vi gjerne brukt en hel dag, eller to, rundt i Kista på Galleria (senteret) Supert sted :) Vi reiser gjerne tilbake :)

Nice hotel very good location

Near metro station, room was very clean, spacious and well furnishedwas very bad, lights did not work in one room, microwave didn't work, eventually they were fixed during the end of our stay. it was very difficult to get them to sort something out. Room key cards frequently stopped working which was an issue seeing you needed them to use get in to the hotel via the shopping centre or use the lifts.
