"Schimmel, Dreck und dringend nötige Renovierungsarbeiten Bedauerlicherweise war unser Zimmer sehr abgelebt und dreckig. Das Bad war stark verschimmelt. Das Reinigungspersonal hat das Zimmer auch während unseres Aufenthalts nicht sorgfältig gereinigt. Die Fotos zeigen den Zustand der Räumlichkeiten exemplarisch. Der im Zimmerpreis enthaltene Zugang zur Splash-Therme konnte nur wenig über den Zustand des Zimmers hinwegtrösten. Denn auch die Therme müsste dringend renoviert werden."

"Excellent location, almost on the beach. Good amenities in the apartment. Tasteful decoration with many pieces of art in common areas. Very reach and diversified content of the breakfast. If you allow late checkout on a Sunday then resource the cleaning schedule properly to allow the next guests to get in on time, OR DON’T OFFER A LATE CHECKOUT ON A SUNDAY - it’s really that simple! “Room not ready yet, come back at 4”, “room not ready yet, come back at 5 ‘if you’re lucky” WT actual ***k!?
