Condo,
Family oriented four unit condominium property located in the heart of south padre island, and steps from the beach.
Sandy Shores Beach condo is unit #4 it is on the second floor top left side. Open Living Space with living room, kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms ad two full bathrooms.
the master bedroom has a king size bed and the second room a queen size bed.
The pool area has room to lounge and catch some sun. This area is shared with all 4 units.
Check-in is at 4 PM and Check-out is at 11 AM this gives the Clean Team time to prepare the space for you and the guests coming after you.
We reserve the right to retain the security deposit in total or partially in case of non observance of the house rules or damages, maximum capacity 4 people
Complete booking only if you AGREE to the following:
NO Pets, smoking , parties/events (outdoors smoking allowed)
Quiet hours 11pm-8am, WILL EVICT if not observed, NO REFUNDS.
parking for 2 cars, non authorized vehicles will be towed at owners expense
This is a family oriented vacation home, only registered and paid guests allowed. Recording devices in use at entry way/driveway and pool side area.

Great location!

This was a great place for our large group. We rented 3 units for 3 families and we were able to have separation and privacy. Location is great for restaurants and shops and a very close walk to the beach.

Okay for a one night say...

It was okay for a one night stay, was a bit disappointed that it wasn't clean as I expected. I had asked the host that if we could check in earlier but said no because the unit had to be cleaned, which is understandable, but it wasn't very clean. The floor was very dirty. Sheets smelled like they were stored for a very long time. Pillow were very flat. Hair in sink.
