Resting Beach Face: Luxury Modern Dog-Friendly Oceanfront House - 3bd 2.5ba

Come stay at Resting Beach Face North Topsail! You cannot beat the views from this house! Completely renovated inside and out, posh, modern beachfront house with private, non-crowded beach since nearest public access is about a mile away. Open floor plan where the living room, dining, and kitchen all face the ocean. Every bedroom has oceanfront views as well. Enjoy the large porches, the upstairs porch from bedrooms has no stair access for increased safety. Sit on our comfy Adirondack chairs on the large main level porch to view sunrises, sunsets and the dolphins swimming by. Fully stocked gourmet kitchen for the traveling chef! There is a convection toaster oven/air fryer, coffeemaker, blender, microwave, rice cooker, and filtered ice and filtered water spout inside the fridge (plus an additional reverse osmosis filter to the fridge). Separate dining areas so you can use the smaller marble table as a kids’ table, dedicated game table, or work station. There is a desk in the master bedroom so you can zoom/work if needed. We are fully stocked with games and puzzles. There are even some beach chairs and boogie boards here for your use. Linens and towels included. The master bedroom has a king with a twin convertible chair for one. There is another bedroom with a queen bed. Lastly, a fun double twin over twin bunk room that sleeps 4 for the kids or kids at heart. There is a double shower in the master bathroom and oversized tub in the upstairs bathroom with plenty of hooks for all the towels and swimsuits. There is an outdoor shower on the main deck to rinse off before heading into the house. The washer and dryer are a necessity to keep the laundry under control while on vacation. Grocery store, restaurants and shopping in Sneads Ferry within 5 min drive and is about 10-15 minutes from Surf City.

Welcome sheet will be sent with property details and recommendations for restaurants and things to do while here! We provide hand soap and toilet paper in every bathroom, dish soap, trash bags dishwasher pods, sponge, and paper towel in the kitchen.

The most beautiful home on the beach!

My family stayed here for a week. The living areas were gorgeous and spacious. The deck was the perfect area for my boys to play between beach sessions! We made wonderful memories here and can’t wait to stay again!!

Awesome beach house

Awesome house! Great location, super clean, new, and bright. We appreciated the full kitchen and easy beach access. The gate on the back porch to the beach was also great for young kids.

Lovely Beach House!

We enjoyed our short stay at this lovely beach house. It is clean, well-stocked, and so comfortable! The back porch overlooking the oceanfront was our favorite place for morning coffee and evening drinks. The owners are very responsive to questions and very helpful with local information. Loved our long weekend!

A wonderful time

We had a great time at this spot. The house was perfect for our family of four. Loved the overall aesthetic and could not be happier with the location. Walking from the breakfast table down to the beach every morning was great and the after dinner strolls on the beach were wonderful. Will definitely be back again.

We so enjoyed our stay at Resting Beach Face! Three generations - 6 of us. Beautiful home, well-stocked with accurate information and descriptions pre-arrival. Love the kitchen organization! All bedrooms are upstairs - ocean front with sliding doors to deck. Could not have asked for more.

Exactly what we were looking for

The house was clean, modern, and decorated beautifully. The view is as good as it gets. The owner's communication was great and we really appreciated their curated list of restaurants, stores, and things to do. We found at least a dozen shark teeth at the beach right in front of the house. I wish I was still there.

Happy returns!

A fabulous return to the amazing beachfront bliss. Perfect seems a high bar, yet it is consistently achieved. The owners have maintained the property quality standards over the years, always spotlessly clean and walk in ready. You simply can’t beat the beach view or proximity of perfect sand. Topsail Surf City both provide North Carolina unpretentious restaurants, bars and shops that delight. As always communication with the owners is easy, well informed and responsive. Until the next time!!

-Would have been better if property manager communicated via text instead of email (especially on travel days) - House was clean but very disappointing that maids did not leave property until 70 minutes after check in time.

Beautiful, well equipped house

The house was immaculate and nicely furnished. Comfortable beds. The best equipped kitchen I have ever seen. Great kitchen appliances too. Beautiful view from the large decks with comfortable Adirondack chairs. We appreciated the beach chairs and beach toys. Every room has a sliding glass door facing the beach. Unfortunately there are no screens on the doors so we could not keep the doors open to hear the surf or get fresh air.

Girls trip

This home was better than described. It was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. It had everything you could possibly need on site. We did have to bring our own linens and towels, but we could have rented them as well. Just something to note, so you don't miss it. We drove in so it was no issue bringing that stuff. The decks are amazing, the beach is perfect. I have no real complaints. I would note that the king mattress slept a little warm and wasn't super comfortable. it didn't bother my neck though, so it was fine for me. I turned the air down a bit and put on the ceiling fan and it worked out. But both my friend and I felt it was just an ok mattress. But that is something I can overlook and I would definitely return to this house again. No strong smells, air quality was fantastic (which is something since I am very mold sensitive and the beach can cause me issues). Lovely home and stay. Owners we very responsive and helpful.

Lovely cottage right on the beach

This is a lovely cottage located only steps away from the ocean. It was super clean and well stocked. They thought of little things like ziplock bags and soap and coffee … just above and beyond what they had to do. We loved the deck so much with nice adirondike chairs and a spectacular ocean view. Great Vacation

We had an amazing stay at this rental. We have been coming to Topsail Island for over 30 years and we truly live this beach town and all it has to offer. This house was a perfect location. We prefer the north end and the location was great the owners were super friendly and answered us quickly when we had questions. Perfect size for our family and the layout was great with the small child. We loved the deck in the mornings. Highly recommend this property if you are looking for a clean and updated ocean front house.
